The company is open to so innovation and readily adopts latest technology for younger. I really love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high knowledge programs and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow and the work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 14 to16 hrs straight in a day is it not a issue but actually as a girl sometimes I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Firstly, I am introducing my work, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. I keep an 8 month rolling demand calendar ready , great experience.
