Good Team Support between the Analysts.

Dislikes

Employee benefitted polices, HR policies are Just Sticked to Paper, practically that will not be implemented. Incase if any Questions about the policy and what's happening? He/she will be Targeted by Higher officials. Employees at Analyst level were forced to work on holidays and Week offs. Literally analyst has to beg Team lead that he need week off for Saturday. Teams leads and above will enjoy each an every holiday takes leaves as per their needs. One who questions and defends strongly to work on week off he will be targeted and, mentally blackmailed to not ask for any kind of support from Team lead and highers. Overall what HR says about work life balance and employee benefit policies and Completely False, makes fake promises. They need a educated person for slavery....Read More
