Working in CronJ is a good opportunity. Pros include job security, employee benefits like healthcare, professional and skill development assistance and friendly culture. Work culture treats everyone equally irrespective of age or position. Work-life balance is great here. Excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth. WFH facilities and work-life balance is the key and most important Cronj puts a lot of trust in employees. Management is good and cooperative.
