Company is financially Sound in Terms of Salary On time settlement. Fans have more pull other division very difficult to sell.

Dislikes

Targets are Heavy mostly we have to depend on wholesellers with Price Support from company. Work culture and pressure heavy. Month end 5 days have to spend time till 12pm in office for closure

Work satisfaction - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: Have to Visit Upcountry Market And collect orders from distributor and direct channel support in secondary of distributors

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Good environment to work. We can learn lot of things about General trade business and quite different from other companies. All the superiors are very motivated person and very supportive.
