No matter what's your responsibilities. They want you to manage everything even if you don't have any knowledge of it and start yelling and blaming you if you can't complete the task no matter you know about such field or not. Secondly, they don't give offer letter to anyone until they resign so that they can throw you away anytime from the office without any notice period. No PF or paid leaves. No appraisals. Arrogant and egoistic boss and HR (Boss's wife). 1 day leave count if you come 3 days late (even 1 min late) and no overtime or food facility, even if you leave 10 at night. Many more things.... I Found nothing to like. no job security , management is like lala company , no policies for employees all policies in favour of management. company MD is like most free person in the world. every time he interfere and disturbing his employees during work. Every time he drop massage to his employee no matter is early morning or late night. he want reply at any cost.
