nothing to like about the company although just there are few supporting TL and Managers who are keeping the team and work together. Else the so called CEO of the organization having no sense of business. More or less its not a software development firm but its a staffing agency. Based on work they get people onboarded and deboarded. They have no sense of priorities definition to work. Every thing is propriety to this leads including the Global PM make a lot of fuzz. Here is no sort of work life balance. Company does have policy of 5 day work but they setup meeting over the weekends as well. There is no defined work hours here at this organization it can go from any where from 12 hours (regular hours) to 15 16 hours a day. Most of the management and senior post employees are just family member and they works from US. So whether you have any shift timing you have to work in US hours because every thing for this organization is a priority issue....Read More
