the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds. and we work in collaboration. i also like employee re-hire policy here.

It's good working with COSMO infra solutions and work environment is good and TOP MANAGEMENT VIEW is excellent.

Dislikes

No improvement in career growth wise, salary/appraisal and innovation. i do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Travelling involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but its okay. Generally speaking, my work is not challenging and it is repetitive.
