The company culture fosters professionalism, camaraderie and works on self improvement, providing you with dynamic environment and opportunities for growth. The best part is, work pressure is next to minimum, which gives a freedom to an individual to work more likely that the way he/she wants to.

Dislikes

Not as such, But will love to see more training programs for skill development.
