In this company many politics,no progressiv,no appraisal....but learing apportunity are very good.

Dislikes

There is no system for working & the work pressure is high.

There is nothing to like about them

Dislikes

Management without back bone and discomfort working environment. Lot of politics and no transparency displayed by the management. Very unprofessional people

Since there was no direction from Top management , no processes in place , very hectic for some who prefer to stayed away from politics
