Dislikes

Interdepartmental politics. Boss favouritism. Compensation goes to worst and in coming day it will be more as indian management stopped profit share, change in variable pay. Your boss is your competitor. You will get more increment, If you are relative or known of senior. Management is not fair to everyone. A very large part of yourctc will be variable. Basic salary is Penny so benefit to the tax is less....Read More
