Highly unprofessional environment in the organisation. I have worked there as an hr. Bunch of 30 -35 employee works on their payroll for their client. One of their employee lost a laptop worth 60k. The management decide to deduct 15k from that employee's salary and rest 15k form other employees without any prior notice or discussion. Me being hr people started blaming me for their salary deduction. They promised me rise if i handel two profile at the same time and then later they refused to give me a rise....Read More
