During my previous role, Country Head ignored the facts and risks and ideas and inputs from head of departments especially financial and admin aspects which cost the management loss in business. Chairman and Directors were also not updated by the country head on the aspects which lead to late intervention by the Key shareholders. I worked for 8 years as Finance and Admin Manager and promoted as General Manager in Rwanda the last 5 years. Currently I am transferred to Uganda Head Quarters in Sales department as Product Manager - Business Intelligence. I loved working last 13 years
