Nothing except that the company is in kigali one of the safest city and a clean city

The company does not pay the employees their salary completely. The salary is withheld citing no cash flow due to no payments... when u r frustrated they say ur performance is poor please leave and then make u struggle to get your final payment that may run upto 10000USD... in my case it was around 9000USD. They also kick you out especially the delivery team without even a proper settlement inclusive of your air fare(in case u are an expat)

The best thing about this company is it keeps your health as priority more than anything else , our company is usually known for providing innovative solutions through East Africa and we have applied the same innovation for operations during this Covid times , we have scheduled roosters for employees to come and work as per the requirements of the firm maintaining the social distancing, the most importantly we have managed to make our Data Center full automated with remote monitoring at its best by implementing various tools from Robotic process automation to full managed DCIM along with EMS, the best part of it is we have achieved this in the time frame of one month.

To be quite frank, company doesn't have any negative feedback , if you are talking about work pressure , this company lets you take the ownership and makes you do the work without any pressure.

During my previous role, Country Head ignored the facts and risks and ideas and inputs from head of departments especially financial and admin aspects which cost the management loss in business. Chairman and Directors were also not updated by the country head on the aspects which lead to late intervention by the Key shareholders. Such situations could be avoided with proper intervention based on the reports routine financial reports shared with all Directors.
