My experience at CHPL has been disappointing. The company frequently delays salaries, making financial planning difficult for employees. There is no work-life balance, as long hours are expected without proper compensation. Management, particularly Bhavesh Jhatapara, lacks the necessary leadership skills. Employees often feel harassed rather than supported, and decision-making appears uninformed. Constructive feedback is ignored, creating a toxic work environment.
