I had high expectations when joining Teleperformance, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The management team often seemed disorganized, and communication between departments was lacking, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Work-life balance was nearly impossible to maintain due to excessive hours andunrealistic expectations. Additionally, the training provided was inadequate, leaving employees unprepared to meet performance standards. While there are some good colleagues and occasional positive moments, the overall work environment felt toxic, with little support or recognition for hard work. Nothing is good Very poor management. Irresponsible HR, Naver reply on mail phone and WhatsApp. Hire for parmanent WFH after one year ask for join WFO. School job culture. Always be in front of camera during shift even using hubstaff
