1.Completely company will run on fake promises to employees ( Hike , Appraisal ) 2. Salary payout at every month btwn 7th-10th 3. Sometime you should not expect your salary on time untill you get a mail from HR that they don't have funds even to pay employees salary 4.if you're rich you can join ...why cos you don't know when youwill get your salary as everyone is working for money if you don't get your salary on time what's the point of working in these types of organisation without a proper funds in company. 5.
