The management is so bad; there are no increments and no proper evaluation of skills. promotions are based on seniority even if the senior is incapable. You can't use your phone. phone needs to be submitted, and you can't talk even in an emergency with your family. They need a lot of approval, and they didn't give you approval. You can't have breakfast or lunch if you don't have one in the cafeteria. I was hired without an appointment letter stating my salary. Upon persistent request they mailed a letter post 17 days with less than half of the agreed pay. On raising the concern, HR connected me to an unprofessional person who failed to mention his credentials and agreed upon a slightly higher pay with more amount of work than everyone else. They immediately made it evident that the HR who hired me got fired too and the stated pay was not their concern anymore. Despite this, I was still underpaid as they continually claimed that I had been on leave or it was their holiday. Since hiring in peak season and firing at low season is the known pattern of this company, all thanks to honest reviews from past employees, I waited for my own termination too.
