Likes

Our manager's are very supportive and kind hearted. Equlaency for all the employees and no pressure or work load, even we celebrated all the functions and festivals together and also went for the trips..

They take out for games and parties.

Dislikes

Clients don't behave well with employees. Management put blame on employees for any kind of mismanagement. Staff is under staffed, under qualified and over worked. There is no training, directly clients given to you. So, employees generally leave this company within 1 year except favorites of management. Office is well made well butToilet is shared with another company on the same floor which is makes it difficult for employees specially because of dirty and bad smell.
