Working At Codestrela has brought perfect work life balance along with very friendly and encouraging culture at workplace. Seniors are very helpful and have great work experience. Employers are very cooperative and motivating. They always give new opportunity to work on new upcoming technologies and train accordingly.

Dislikes

Starting Salary is less as compared to other companies but every 3 months salary appraisal as per the efficiency and performance in first year of joining compensate it completely. Working in Codestrela gives 100% JOB SECURITY which keeps working staff tied as one team to achieve new horizons together.
