Employer’s Response

CMR participated in GPTW for the first time with a record 95% participation, which is the best in India as per GPTW data. Post this, we received a certification with our Employee Satisfaction Score of 82% which is close to manufacturing benchmark. This stands as a testimony of the feeling of majority of CMRians. However, we constantly engage with employees to understand and incorporate changes as suggested.

Thank you for the encouraging words. We are constantly working to grow as a learning organization. A recent example in this context is deployment of DMS to ensure availability of right data to right person at the right time. It is a part of our initiatives to make CMR a place where every activity can become a learning opportunity.
