The concept of employee care simply doesn't exist here. 2. Disguised Business Model: Despite marketing itself as a service-based company, it functions more like a consulting firm. The reality becomes clear once you join-employees are made responsible for bringing in projects, which is traditionally the responsibility of the sales and management teams. 3. Ineffective and Influenced HR Department: The HR department is heavily influenced by the management and lacks independence. Rather than working for the welfare of employess, HR serves as a mere puppet of upper management. 4. Preference for freshers Over Experienced Employees: The company primarily hires freshers who are willing to sign a 2-year bond. This approach helps them cut costs, as they can avoid giving salary hikes to senior employees by replacing them with less experienced staff. 5.
