The company might be good but working in Citrin Cooperman depends on the team you are working with. To be honest, there is nothing as such I liked much about the organization as my tenure lasted for few months.

Dislikes

The company policy is not good. They hire people and fire without any substantial proof. Again, please quote that the company might be good but it depends on the team you are working with. There is no proper policy or escalation matrix, if you have any concerns against your immediate senior and you need to report against that individual. The individual who is leading the team from the India office thinks to be the boss of the company and takes irrational decisions.
