Everything is centred to one person ie the owner of the company. No decision which can be easily taken by regions have to be referred to the MD for approval. Exit is painful as Salaries are held back for flimsy reason without proof. No relieving letter is given and though taxes are deducted no form 16 is given by the company. ThoughRegions work and meet the customers and generate enquiries and get orders, the credit is always given to HO team. No transperancy in forwarding the enquiries received from a region to be handled by the region, only when the issue gets out of hand the HO team forwards the details to region to handle without back up communication...Read More
