There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

There is no job security. If you wants to destroy your career then this company is a good option. If chemical division is approaching you then it's confirm that you are going to hell. There is a person on COO post, who is dumb and a nonsense person. That person always told to you " aate kyon nahi ho mere paas" it doesn't matter thatfrom which department you are. There is a culture that nobody from the top management wants work. He treats like a slave to employees. They are only interested in meetings without any relevant topic. If you are best in buttering then you will sure get double or more than double increment on next appraisal. They are not doing FNF formalities. The COO have all the rights. HR head and other HODs are just for name. HR Head is like a statue. He always standing in COO's cabin to secure his job. The hierarchy is very pathetic & horrible. If you are from marketing then accounts head will guide you how to do marketing. The overall main thing in this company is to do tickling. Your growth totally depends on this......Read More
