Overworked and underpaid. Appraisal is bad. No fixed working hours. Shanti Krishnamurthy expects you to be there for the students 24/7. Teachers are treated as a liability. You are called to work on Sunday too at times. Employees here have no personal life. You are overburdened with responsibilities there is always unrealistic deadlines which puts constant pressure on teachers. Irrespective of wind, rain you are expected to take night classes. I feel this is the worst place to work. I have lost my health due to this. I have not gained anything working here. They only take from you. Your hardwork is neither noticed not appreciated.
