The Company work as depending on Technicians Supporting for increasing production. There working environment average good , Company Owner as have Salary , must be paying on time. Untile I had worked before company to like Compare then ,. " Chemaf sarl " this matter good.
If I talking about company Company need all type Maintenance because every Department need All parts now changeable. But Company Management depending on Politics I have been saying good Technicians little by little Terminated by Management and politics Person all have in work company. Results Little by Little Company all Department Machinery find Damaged, So go towards Make new Machinations, Changed all types Maintenance by Good Technician. There I have been seeing The Company have much more Engineers not in work Only politics. Also all facilities , benefits, Salary , Vacation available for Engineers. And Technician not any facilities , not Good Salary and working pressure much more..... Unless The company need Good Technician for work. And should be need good Facilities, benefits for all workers. I have been seeing and find there if The Company a Engineer instead bring two Technician The Company growth go towards increasing production. Because We know, Production is always depending on Maintenance support. Anyway The Company chairman ,and others Management system better thought then me. Myself Sanjay kumar sharma, I have worked there good there had pressure Work more.. Technical support minimum . Nevertheless I was working there environment .I am feeling better then other pervious worked. I Haven't any health problems there.
