Job Security: I don't know Work Culture: Nil Management: Nil Company Polices: it's depend on your boss if he is happy with you then he provide and if he will not happy with you there is no any policy.

Work Details

There is no work culture for digital marketing.. they are not professional hence i will not prefer to join this company. Because there is no any freedom as Indian IT industry, It's FMCG production company where work culture as labour.

There is no work environment only politics with indian and Pakistan alos between north indian and south indian. If will join this company then you will make mistakes with your career and distroye your helth because some management persons are using abuse on every time. They will always insult you and say that you are nothing ect.
