I like the overall work culture of the organization since my joining and the organization has consistently managed the same. No work pressure at all. The organization promote and support honesty in work. Internal promotions are done at large which is good for employees growth

Without any research upper management will increase your target, their desktop are out dated they have desktop which are more than 10 year old and no plan to upgrade it.chair are also bad. management will not give appraisal this year very bad company but salary is good.
