I AM SECURE AS IT IS A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION, WORK CULTURE IS HORRIBLE, MANAGEMENT- OUR HANDS ARE TIED, WE FOLLOW ORDERS OUR SAFETY IS OF LEAST CONCERN TO THE ORGANISATION OR THE GOVERNMENT

THE ONLY THING ATTRACTIVE HERE IS JOB SECURITY AND SALARY, IF AT ALL WE HAVE THE MONEY THAT WE ARE GETTING AS SALARY FROM SOME OTHER SOURCES I WOULD HAVE QUIT THIS JOB . THERE IS DISCRIMINATION BASED UPON CASTE CREED COLOUR
