I Joined here as a branding officer just a year ago. You all know, branding is a collaborative effort. So, we work together and design marketing plans for customers in different markets in Nepal. Nepal has a variety of cultures. People in the mountains, hills, and terai have different lifestyles and consumption patterns. We have to ensure that the brand message is appealing to all of them. We study customer behavior, and adjust the brand elements accordingly. I also get to travel to the various places in Nepal, meet people, and learn different cultures.
