This is a confused company. Everything here I only dislike. The company is in control and driven by old unsecured management, they are sucking blood of this. This underwent many takeovers . Some old employee told me that during one takeover salary of all the employees was doubled BUT these blood suckers did not show any loyalty tothat company also. For me even the off boarding became like hell. In management work there is nothing called as process. These people are running 15 years behind.
