Work life balance, Annual Parties, client facing opportunity (to a limit though) and multiple areas of involvement in practice management.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Favoratism, hiring new people at Senior designations and not considering employees who are already associated and delivering to high levels since long, clients trust not letting a person go is NOT considered as a positive thing of the person.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: People can work from anywhere they wish to and intent is simple, be available as per client needs, which is understandable.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
