Here I learnt how to teach, maintain the students so that they become curious to know the different moulding processes. I was involved in many training programmes sponsored by National Skill Development mission, Gas authority of India ltd., Power Finance Corporation, Central Warehousing Corporation, National Backward classes Financeand Development corporation etc. The courses are mainly machine operator and operator assistant in Injection moulding, Blow moulding, Extrusion moulding, Plastics Recycling etc. I am also involved in Mobilisation of students from different parts of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh as well as Meghalaya. I want to work in the quality control lab but most of the time I was engaged in the training Programmes and mobilisation. So some times lacking behind in the quality control jobs

Work Details

My job is to train the trainees, make them ready to go for industries as well as to mobilise them from different states. Most of the time I got to go for overtime, but I was not paid for that.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow... Teammates are really fine ... Get to learn everyday....
