Likes

Great work culture, very supportive leadership but strict with deadlines and quality. Full freedom with how much you want to work everyday - but expectations are clear with final deadline for each project. Payment made regularly every Friday.

Dislikes

Pay is less but it was made clear in the beginning. Have been working for a long time but didn't make a lot of money in the beginning when was still learning.
