The only bitter sweet thing is that there is not much interference in the work, because no one cares. So, one can perform tasks as and when they like.

Dislikes

They never give appraisals, do not recognize work and commitment of employees. People are overburdened. Being in Noida branch I am doing all the managerial work alone at a executive level position and least salary because the company's director directly say that they do not have enough budget for Noida branch to keep another employee or to increase the salary of existing employees despite seeing a clear profit of 35 Lakhs just from Noida branch. This company is pathetic. They recently caused trouble to everyone by removing work from home policy at the same salary which is negligible and now when employees resign because they can't travel to office for this overburdened work so they don't even care who resigns or who stays.
