Good learning opportunities if you get the right cases. Good exposure to businesses in manufacturing.

Dislikes

Work culture, things are made unnecessarily complicated due to the strained relationship between the Group head and rating head. The rating head can be a bit more professional, and work on his soft skills.

Likes

Work life is good. Only during the time of February and March work will be bit hectic. It is a good place to learn a lot about different sectors and to interact with higher officials.

Dislikes

Modest salary compared to industry standard. No clear idea of how promotion is based upon.
