It's been a pleasure to work with Capecom and they have given me a wonderful opportunity as a Project Manager. Team has been very supportive and always been there to help out during project deadlines to meet the deliverables. Management is very employee friendly and has a good work life balance. All functions are being celebrated graciously. Office workspace is also very confined and has enough space. Work life culture is good. Salary benefits are one more added benefit. We do have fun Friday events to encourage fun activities. Five day work culture has also been promoting work life balance. As a talented fresher to start your career in Capecom is a very good place to intiate your career. It's very rare to see organizations providing career opportunities for freshers.Capecom stands out by setting it's standards high by giving chances to fresh talents. I am playing the role of UI/UX Designer, where this platform teaches me backend and frontend base development functionalities and helps me to upgrade my Design Skills to design full site pages.
