like any onther manufacturing industry they have toxic work culture and unreal expectations form their employee allthough there are many strategies and plans for skill development and employee injagement but nothing comes to actual ground level On daily bases you have to go through abusive interactions and blame game from your colleagues and Senior even if ther is less work, people have tendency to keep showing that they are working alot and nobody is busier then them And the favoritism is on another level favorites get all the benefits without even doing anything, all they have to do is licking their seniors but...Read More
