Likes

Lots of interesting projects. Work involves creatign new models for healthcare and implementing them. A nice training ground to create a strong career in healthcare. You get a chance to work wioth large clients and interesting work. Company has not laid off even one employee from inception.

Dislikes

Would like increments to be twice a year instead of once. More training and international travel opportunities to be provided.

Work policy: as per the requirement. Mostly at office, but uring covid, we worked in Hybried mode

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Varied projects across healthcare

Dislikes

Lack of open discussions, inputs are not valued. A culture of paranoia and distrust. Meetings that are fixed in advance are only informed at the last minute with very little time left to prepare. Very high attrition rate - hardly any employee stays for long.
