Salary is good for those who has background from IIT. Obviously you cant compare the college salary with industry salary, but it is better than other colleges in odisha.

Dislikes

Leave rule is very bad. You cant take leave 3 concecutive CL. No medical insurence, PF and other benifits till now. Work environment is not like IIT and NIT. If you get NIT which has higher NIRF than CGU, you should join that NIT. NIT is NIT. CGU has good NIRF rank but it will not give you that much good working environment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The College Campus, Quality of Faculties and Teaching/ Learning Process, various Extra-cirricular Activities, Friendly Staffs.

Dislikes

The Management needs to be Strong. Work-Life Balance should be there and the quality of Students should be better.
