No job security , if the Chinese don't link you they terminate without even a single reason, no salary hike for last 4years & no promotion, no employee recognition. No colleagues support everyone is waiting for time to sue you. Habe to approval from for All appropriate requirements & production needs, even for stationary materials. Chinese will ask for best product at lowest price. But they'll not follow the same in their products. They will always look for an opportunity to sue you, That's maybe in India only. Hope not all the facilities around the world....Read More
