I appreciate the opportunity to assist and interact with a diverse range of people at Busy Infotech. Its rewarding to be an part of a team that focused on technology and innvoation, where i can contribute by providing valuable information and solutions. The dynamic environment and the chance to learn and grow continously make it a fulfilling experience.

Dislikes

If i were to have dislikes, it might be related to any limitations in understanding the nuances of complex human experiences or not having the ablitiy to directly interact with the physical aspects of work.

- toxic work culture - unsupportive managers - forced to work after shift hours and weekends - 4-5 people resigned the team due to behavioural issues and petty politics - efforts towards work goes un noticed - bad mouth for colleagues who left - create chaos in the team for female staff disagree to compromise - talk rudely to everyone - micro manage - don't let others speak - no voice no opinion no recognition only depression.
