Good package in beginning and good holidays

No Promotions , no appreciation, no job security, defined no skill development would want you to innovative and have advance tech skills but still working on outdated old legacy, managers are full of politics and would never appreciate but definitely mentally harass you and excalate any mistakes , no work life balance and 0 work satisfaction

This company has great work life balance. Good salary when you are coming from other place but appraisal is too weak , no talk about learning and skill growth. No recognition of work if you are not having close bond with your manager.
