Nothing to Dislike in BM Hyundai but I dislike the Our Senior staff those working in HMIL. They tried to avoid Customers HQ not to follow warranty Policy.

Now a days Hyundai is very emerging automobile company & last 3 years it is on top for CSI rankings across pan india. As part of Hyundai dealership specially single in all over kutch region it gives benefits.

Dislikes

As part of this dealership it is very worst experience to be in team. Company desided policy for warranty but ASM force to reduce warranty claims though part is failure is more & customers need all things in free no proper strategy for educate customer. Some time after replacement under Warranty HMIL have rights to reject claim although ASM approved. Its very confusive honestly support customer or increase revenue by put less warranty claims or follow ASM guidelines which is far apart from genuine HMIL guidelines. Top management don't bother at all. they don't want any rejection as well as all customers need to be satisfied. Some time some claims stays on suspect for month HMIL just States its system errors if we put reminder to that eventually they not support at all. They just revolving tables.
