Flexibility wise totally friendly with associates. Leaders are all visionaries and keep talking to them to keep urself proactive, dont be complacent.

None for me (subjective), with time ull get used to the culture, u have to escalate issues sometimes to get attention, try to be clear on ur scope of work and do not sit on tasks, keep the ball rolling kindof attitude, remaining all good, its subjective, it works for u, sometimes it doest.
