Its been long (7+ years)with this organisation. I started my career from BLK only.

Dislikes

It's getting worse day by day.Poor in selecting dept leader (dietitics). Management doesn't even know what's happening in the dept. Few points I would like to mention :- *Employees feel inappropriated or neglected. * Talented employees/ old employees are leaving because of this they are undervalued. *The leader might communicate about things that benefits her only,leaving the team in the dark about important matters. *Lack of growth and opportunities. * An employee like me who's a on Senior post works as a junior. All the things are very good by the side of education it's a very good opportunity all the doctors are very skilled as the side of treatment it's a very good hospital but staffing is a big problem because according to the patient staff ratio in words is have to do corrections.
