Blackberrys means a pride . But as per brand image, staff are not secure under MA Roll and 90% staffs are MA roll were they don't have ESI, and PF which is most important for every employ.

During my tenure I work with pride in Blackberrys ,I live like a brand , but it's just sad after giving your 7 years at company they will not providing single acknowledgement , but still working with blackberrys is like dream company .who every one wants to work
