1. One fine day I woke up thinking it’s a usual day and started my laptop. They announced wfh for 2 days. We are happy to know the wfh but the send email was for layoff. 2. Same day- HR connected with 100’s of employee and said they are laying off. 3. It was sudden and something which I never even thought of. The layoff had no previous informing and not based on performance. 4 this is due to business impact!!! Seriously????? Did Biofourmis think of what’s gonna happen to those employees who has no passive income, for those who may take time to look for a new job, who may have loans, EMIS, marriage expenses, serving old parents and what not.
