1) No Job Security every year they layoff by saying loss on their business or performance issue but majorly they don't want to give you increament and they want to buy lower salary developer or qa. 2) Annual Indian Holiday Leave very low 5 officaly and 5 floater leave ( that also 60% people needs to come office) 3) Partiality doing by group of management 4) OrientSwiss (Zood) Client wrost guy , giving false commitment to employees that company is in profitable than suddenly layoff all employees...Read More
