Job security and companies culture towards manpower retention is excellent and outstanding, few employees working with organisation for than 25 years and most of the employees who started career from Bharat Motors are still working with the organisation.

Work Details

Now well settled and doing well , initially faced a lots of problem as there were some ups and downs due to covid. Overall it's a good place to work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
